- 3 cups frozen mashed potatoes (about 11 ounces)
- 1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded reduced-fat sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1/4 teaspoon dried rubbed sage
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions

1Cook milk in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat until hot. Add potatoes, and cook, stirring constantly, 3 to 4 minutes or until thoroughly heated.

2Reduce heat to low; add cheese and remaining ingredients. Cook 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve immediately.
