  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 can green chiles
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 4 chicken breasts, boiled or canned chicken
  • Monterey Jack cheese, grated
  • 2 tsp. butter
  • flour tortillas

Directions

    Saute onions and chiles in butter; add soups.

    Layer tortillas, deboned chicken, sauce and cheese.

    Repeat layers. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
