- 1 12 cups all-purpose flour
- 14 teaspoon fine salt
- 8 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 4 ounces extra-sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 pinch hot paprika
Directions

1Whisk flour, salt, and paprika in a small bowl.

2With electric mixer, beat butter, cheese, and mustard until smooth.

3Beat in flour mixture until dough comes together.

4Divide dough into thirds.

5Roll each piece into a log, 1 inch across and 9 inches long.

6Heat oven to 425* F.

7Wrap each log in plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 1 hour.

8Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.

9Slice logs into 1/4 inch thick coins.

10Place on baking sheet 1 inch apart.

11Press on toppings and bake until golden brown.
