- 1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 c. butter (room temperature)
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 70 pecan halves
Directions

1In a medium mixing bowl, combine cheese and butter using an electric mixer.

2Add cayenne pepper, Worcestershire sauce, paprika and flour; mix completely.

3Form dough into a log 20-inches long and 1-inch round.

4Cut log in half and wrap each half in wax paper.

5Refrigerate logs for at least 1 hour.
