  • 2 packages cream cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 pint heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cans rotel, drained
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1/4 c. jalapeno, chopped
  • 1/4 c. jalapeno juice
  • 1/2 box frozen chopped spinach
  • 4 cubes chicken bouillon
  • 1/4 large box velveeta, cubed
  • 1/2 c. milk (optional, depends on cconsistency)

Directions

    Put all ingredients in a large sauce pan and melt on medium/low heat stirring frequently. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
