  • 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 c. pecans (1/2 in mixture, 1/2 rolled outside)
  • 1/4 c. bell pepper
  • 3 tsp. minced dried onion
  • 3/4 Tbsp. seasoned salt

Directions

    Mix all together; form in ball.

    Chill before rolling in nuts. Wrap in foil and let set for 6 to 7 hours in refrigerator.
