  • 16 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 roll garlic cheese
  • small jar pimientos, drained
  • 1/4 c. chopped bell pepper, green or red
  • 1/4 c. chopped green onion
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. cracked pepper
  • pinch of crushed red pepper
  • 2 c. crushed pecans

    Soften cream cheese.

    Add garlic cheese and blend well.

    Fold in remaining ingredients, expect the pecans.

    Shape into two even balls.

    Roll each ball in the crushed pecans.
