  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 (4 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, finely minced
  • 2 Tbsp. Heinz 57 steak sauce
  • 1 c. grated pecans

Directions

    Soften cream cheese; add garlic, then Heinz 57.

    Add a little over half the pecans; mix until well blended.

    Shape into ball. Roll ball in remaining pecans until all pieces are used and ball is covered well.

    Make a day before planning to serve it.

    Put in small bowl to keep its shape in refrigerator.

    Serve with thin crackers.
