Ingredients

  • 2 large pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1/4 lb. Roquefort cheese
  • 1 jar Old English or Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. finely ground pecans
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 small grated onion or more
  • ground or finely chopped parsley to taste
  • salt to taste

Directions

    Keep cheese at room temperature and mix up with hands.

    Add 1/2 cup nuts, parsley, Worcestershire and onions.
  3. 3
    Mix thoroughly and let stand in refrigerator until firm, then roll into ball and roll entire ball in mixture of remaining nuts and parsley.

    Press onto snack crackers.
