  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped bell pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. seasoning salt
  • 2 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Whip softened cream cheese with fork until creamy.

    Add pineapple, onion, pepper, salt and 1 cup pecans.

    Mix well and form into a ball.

    Roll in remaining pecans.

    Wrap in foil and put in refrigerator overnight.
