Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Roka cheese (3 small jars)
  • 2 (5 oz.) jars Old English cheese
  • 5 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. finely chopped parsley (fresh)
  • 1 c. finely chopped pecans
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • salt to taste

Directions

    Mix all ingredients, with the exception of 1/2 cup parsley and 1/2 cup pecans.

    Form into balls and roll in remaining pecans and parsley.

    Refrigerate overnight.
