  • 1 lb. New York sharp cheese, shredded
  • 1 lb. Colby cheese, shredded
  • 8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 Tbsp. bell pepper, cut paper thin
  • 1/2 to 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire or soy sauce
  • pecans, cut up

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except pecans in bowl with hands.
