  • 16 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
  • 8 1/2 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion

Directions

    In medium bowl, cream the cheese until smooth.

    Gradually stir in crushed pineapple, green pepper, onion and salt.

    Shape into ball and wrap in plastic wrap.

    Refrigerate overnight.

    To serve, place cheese ball on board and serve with assorted crackers.
