Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. pimento, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
  • 1/4 c. margarine

Directions

    Saute pepper, pimento and onion until tender in margarine. Add to cream and Cheddar cheese.

    Blend with mixer until smooth. Roll in chopped pecans.

    Refrigerate (covered).

    Leave out several hours to soften.
