  • 8 c. vinegar
  • 8 c. water
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 tsp. dill seed, per jar
  • 2 cloves garlic, per jar
  • 2 small hot peppers, per jar
  • fresh okra, washed

Directions

    Boil vinegar, water and salt for 10 minutes.

    Pack okra in jars.

    Place dill seed, garlic and peppers in each jar.

    Pour hot vinegar mixture over okra.

    Seal.

    Allow to pickle for about two weeks.
