Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 tsp. finely chopped bell pepper
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • dash of cayenne pepper
  • 8 oz. mild Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. grated onion
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped pimento
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • dash of salt
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Have cream cheese at room temperature.

    Combine with other ingredients except the nuts.

    Mix well and form into ball or log. Place on waxed paper and chill.

    Roll in pecans.

    Wrap in waxed paper and refrigerate.
