Ingredients

  • 1 lb. extra sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 8 drops Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. minced garlic or more to taste
  • 1 c. (about) finely chopped walnuts

Directions

    Shred Cheddar, Velveeta and cream cheese.

    Combine shredded cheeses with remaining ingredients, except chopped nuts.

    Tear off a piece of Saran Wrap large enough to overlap a custard cup or small bowl.

    Form cheese mixture into ball on Saran Wrap in bowl. Wrap and refrigerate until firm.

    Unwrap and roll in chopped nuts. Decorate with maraschino cherry, if desired.

    Rewrap in fresh Saran Wrap.

    Store in freezer.

    Makes 6 to 7 four-inch balls.
