Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. American cheese
  • 1/4 lb. medium Cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. Blue cheese salad dressing or small pkg. Blue cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
  • parsley flakes
  • olives

Directions

    Let all cheeses stand out at room temperature.

    When soft, beat cheeses in mixer.

    Add onion, Worcestershire sauce, mayonnaise and 1/4 cup pecans.

    Mix well, then chill in refrigerator for 2 hours.

    After chilled, form into ball.

    Cover ball with parsley, remaining pecans and slices of olives.

    Serve with party crackers.
