- 1 c. milk
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. sugar or 1 packet Equal
- 2 c. self-rising flour
- Pam nonstick cooking spray
- 1 1/2 c. shredded or diced Cheddar cheese
- garlic salt (for dusting)
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Spray 10 wells in a muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray.

3With a mixer at medium speed, beat milk, mayonnaise, sugar and flour until smooth.

4Divide batter evenly in 10 prepared wells.

5Into each mound of dough, bury 1 to 2 tablespoons of cheese.

6Spray tops of dough mounds with Pam.

7Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.

8Remove from oven and immediately spray tops with Pam again and dust biscuits with a little garlic salt.

9Makes 10 biscuits.
