- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1/2 c. scalded milk, cooled to lukewarm
- 3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2/3 c. mashed potatoes
- 1/3 c. butter, melted
- 1 c. Velveeta cheese, medium diced
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Soften the yeast in milk.

2Mix together the flour, sugar and salt.

3Combine the potatoes, melted butter, cheese and eggs in a large bowl.

4Beat until well blended and add the yeast mixture and dry ingredients.

5Knead on floured board 5 to 8 minutes.

6Place in a greased bowl, cover and let rise 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

7Punch down and knead again for 2 minutes. Shape into a long roll and place in a well-greased angel food cake pan, pinching ends of dough together.

8Cover and let rise again for 1 hour.

9Bake at 375° for 25 to 35 minutes.

10Cool in pan about 10 minutes.

11Turn out onto foil; brush with butter for soft crust.
