Cheese-Broccoli Dip

  • 10 3/4 oz. can condensed broccoli soup
  • 10 oz. pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
  • 1 chopped, medium tomato
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 2 tsp. Dijon-style mustard

    In a medium bowl, combine soup, broccoli, tomato, sour cream and mustard.

    Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving. Serve with crackers and chips for dipping.
