- 1 (15 oz.) container Gicatta cheese
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. cornstarch
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 tsp. grated lemon rind
- blueberry topping
Directions

1Heat oven to 300°.

2Grease an 8-inch spring-form pan.

3Beat together Gicatta and cream cheese, sugar and cornstarch, then add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.

4Add vanilla and lemon; spoon into pan.

5Bake 1 hour; turn oven off.

6Leave in oven 30 minutes after turning oven off.
