Cheese Cake

   Cream the cream cheese, then add 3/4 cup sugar and eggs, one at a time.

   Add vanilla.

   Pour into greased spring pan lined with graham cracker crumbs.

   Bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes.

   Whip 1 pint sour cream with 1/4 to 1/2 cup sugar.

   Pour over cake. Return to oven for 10 minutes.

   Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
