  • 2 lb. Ricotta cheese
  • 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch

Directions

    Grease and flour a 10-inch spring-form pan.

    Cream together Ricotta and cream cheese; add sugar, flour and cornstarch; beat well.

    Add vanilla and butter and add beaten eggs and sour cream. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Turn off oven and leave in oven for 3 more hours.

    Do not open oven door.

    Cool, then refrigerate.
