- 2 lb. Ricotta cheese
- 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 1 stick melted butter
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
Directions

1Grease and flour a 10-inch spring-form pan.

2Cream together Ricotta and cream cheese; add sugar, flour and cornstarch; beat well.

3Add vanilla and butter and add beaten eggs and sour cream. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Turn off oven and leave in oven for 3 more hours.

4Do not open oven door.

5Cool, then refrigerate.
