- 4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 6 eggs
- 2 c. sour cream (16 oz.)
- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Allow cream cheese, eggs and sour cream to sit at room temperature before mixing.

2In large bowl at medium speed, blend cream cheese until smooth.

3Gradually add sugar with mixer on low speed.

4Add other ingredients and continue to beat for 3 minutes. Pour mixture into sprayed (Pam) 10-inch spring-form pan.

5Bake at 350°

6for 1 hour or until lightly brown.

7Turn off oven and leave cheesecake in oven for 30 minutes, cooling in pan on oven rack.
