- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. zwieback, ground
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 16 oz. cream cheese
- 1 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 pt. sour cream
Directions

1Mix zwieback, 1/2 cup sugar and butter.

2Put all but approximately 1/4 cup on sides and bottom of spring-form pan. Beat cream cheese until fluffy.

3Add sugar and eggs (one at a time).

4Beat well.

5Add vanilla.

6Fold in sour cream.

7Pour into zwieback-lined pan.

8Sprinkle mixture over top of cake.

9Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.

10Turn off oven.
-
11Allow cake to remain one hour more.

12Cool and serve.
-
13Refrigerate.
