Cheese Cake Cookies

   Cream butter and brown sugar in bowl.

   Add flour and nuts. Mix.

   Make a crumb mix.

   Save 1 cup for top.

   Press mix into bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.

   Bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 350° until light brown.

   Blend sugar with cheese, eggs, milk, lemon and vanilla in mixer.

   Beat well.

   Spread over crust.

    Sprinkle top with crumb mixture.

    Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.

    When cool, cut into 2-inch squares.
