  • 4 Tbsp. margarine
  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn
  • 1 c. carrots, shredded
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 4 cans cream of potato soup
  • 4 c. milk
  • 1 c. Provolone cheese, grated
  • 2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • chives for color

    Combine first 6 ingredients.
