- 1 can refrigerated biscuits
- cooking oil
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Divide each biscuit into fourths.

2Take cubes of cheese and mold biscuit dough around each cube.

3Make sure to close all gaps of dough (this will keep cheese from melting out).

4Heat deep fryer until hot.

5Drop cheese drops into oil and cook until light brown.

6Remove and serve warm or cool.
