- 2 c. biscuit baking mix
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Directions

1Combine baking mix, milk and cheese, mixing lightly but thoroughly.

2On floured surface, roll dough to 1/2-inch thickness.

3Cut with biscuit cutter and place on baking sheet. Bake at 475° for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.

4Blend butter or margarine with garlic powder and brush on hot biscuits before removing from baking sheet.

5Yields 1 dozen.
