- 3 c. flour
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
Directions

1Beat eggs, Ricotta cheese and grated cheese.

2Add salt. Gradually add flour.

4Cut into small pieces; boil in salted boiling water (about 4 quarts).

5Can cover with favorite red sauce or serve with butter and grated cheese.

6Boil for 20 minutes; drain.
