- 3 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. quick grits
- 2 eggs, beaten in 1 c. milk
- 1 roll Kraft garlic cheese
- 1 stick butter or margarine
Directions

1Bring water and salt to boil; add grits, stirring all the time.

2Cover; turn to low and let grits thicken.

3Remove from stove.

4Cut cheese roll and margarine into pieces.

5Add to grits and stir in well.

6Add eggs and milk mixture; stir and blend into grits.

7Pour into two baking dishes or one deep dish.

8Bake in a preheated 350° oven for almost an hour (if in deep dish) or about 45 minutes (if in 2 small ones).

9Will be golden brown around the edges.
