- 1 qt. milk
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 c. regular grits
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. white pepper
- 1 c. Swiss cheese, grated
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Bring milk to a boil.

2Add 1/2 cup margarine and stir in grits. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is the consistency of oatmeal.

3Remove from heat; add salt and pepper.

4Beat mixture with egg beater.

5Add grated cheese and pour into a greased 2-quart casserole.

6Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

7Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

8This can be made the day before and baked the morning of the brunch.
