- 1 c. quick grits
- 1 stick butter
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, cut into cubes
Directions

1Cook grits according to directions on container.

2Add butter, eggs and cheese.

3Pour into oblong 8 x 10-inch Pyrex dish.

4Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until lightly browned.

5Serves about six. Can be made day ahead before baking.
