  • quick cooking grits (6 servings)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. plus sharp grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • salt to taste

Directions

    Prepare grits as directed.

    To cooked grits, add balance of ingredients and stir.

    Pour into a 1 1/2 to 2-quart casserole dish.

    Top with 1/2 cup grated Swiss cheese and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese.

    Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes, until browned slightly and set.
