Ingredients
- 1 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 lb. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- sprinkle of chili powder
Directions

1Heat cheddar cheese and cream cheese in double boiler until cheese is melted (using fork, stir continually helping cheeses mix together).

2Mix in nuts and garlic powder.

3Stir well.

4Spoon onto 2 layers of foil with 1 layer of saran wrap on top.

5*You may wish to divide into 2 rolls; if so, spoon onto 2 separate foil/saran wrap set-ups.

6Carefully pull saran wrap edge and roll cheese on top of itself.

7Do several times from both sides to help form log shape.

8Sprinkle with chili powder.

9Close wrap around log and chill overnight.

10Slice and cover again before serving with crackers.
