  • 8 oz. sharp cheese
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 8 oz. Velveeta cheese
  • 8 oz. Monterey Jack with pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire
  • 1 tsp. garlic, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 (8 oz.) jar peach preserves

Directions

    Mix together except pecans and preserves.

    Mix with your hands.

    After mixed good, sprinkle 1/4 cup chopped pecans in mold. Spray mold with Pam.

    Press cheese mixture into mold. Refrigerate overnight.

    Unmold.

    Sprinkle with remaining pecans. Put preserves in center of mold.
