  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 small pkg. corn muffin mix
  • 1 c. cream corn
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated

    Saute onions until tender.

    Mix egg, corn and milk to make a soft dough.

    Pour into a greased 8 x 8-inch pan.

    Top dough with onions, sour cream and lastly with grated cheese.
