- 2 c. boiling water
- 3 almond herbal tea bags
- 1 pt. lemon or orange sherbet
Directions

1Pour the boiling water over tea bags.

2Let stand for 5 minutes. Remove tea bags; discard.

3Chill tea at least 2 hours.

4At serving time, spoon sherbet into 4 chilled glasses; pour in chilled tea. Stir just until blended.
