- 12 medium potatoes
- 2 1/4 c. Cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Cook potatoes until tender; drain and mash potatoes.

3Add butter, cheese and milk.

4Heat over low heat until butter and cheese melts.

5Fold in eggs.

6Pour into greased baking dish.

7Bake 30 to 40 minutes.
