- 8 to 10 potatoes, boiled, cooled and diced
- 9 oz. grated Cheddar cheese (approximately)
- seasonings to taste
- 1 pt. half and half
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
- paprika
Directions

1Butter bottom and sides of oblong glass baking dish.

2Layer potatoes and cheese in dish, starting and ending with potatoes (3 layers potatoes and 2 layers cheese).

3Season each layer of potatoes as desired.

4Pour half and half evenly over top layer of potatoes; spread sour cream over that.

5Sprinkle with paprika. Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 45 minutes; uncover for last 15 minutes of baking.

6Serves 8 to 10.
