  • American cheese
  • can of Cheddar cheese soup
  • salt and pepper to taste

    Slice potatoes.

    In roaster, put a layer of potatoes and cheese on top.

    Make another layer.

    Put cheese on top.

    Pour can of Cheddar cheese on top; mix can with a little water.

    Put in oven at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.
