  • 1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash browns
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 2 c. Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 c. crushed cornflakes

Directions

    Add all ingredients but cornflakes in greased 9 x 13-inch pan; mix well.

    Put crushed cornflakes on top evenly and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
