  • 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. ice cold butter
  • 1 c. flour
  • dash of cayenne

Directions

    Put flour in food processor bowl with knife.

    Add butter (cut in pieces).

    Add cayenne.

    Add cheese.

    Work off/on until blended. Roll into little balls.

    Bake at 400° for 12 to 15 minutes. Serve hot.
