- 1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
- unsliced bread, cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes
Directions

1Blend the two cheeses together in a double boiler.

2Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into cheese mixture.

3Dip bread cubes into cheese mixture and arrange cubes on baking sheet.

4Let stand in refrigerator overnight.

5When ready to serve, brown cubes in a 375° oven and serve warm with salads or light summer meals. Good!
