- 1 loaf firm, unsliced white bread
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. margarine
- 2 egg whites, beaten stiff
Directions

1Trim crusts off bread, cut into 2-inch cubes.

2Melt cheese and margarine in double boiler.

3Remove from heat and fold in egg whites.

4Dip cubes into mixture until well coated.

5Place on cookie sheet and refrigerate overnight.

6Bake at 400° for 12 to 15 minutes, until golden brown.

7Makes 3 dozen.
