  • 2 onions, diced
  • 4 stalks celery, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 (19 oz.) can Vegeburger
  • 1 c. cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 tsp. beef-style seasoning
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 pt. (2 c.) cottage cheese
  • 1 c. cooked rice
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated

    Saute onions, celery, bell peppers and garlic until soft.

    Add Vegeburger and continue sauteing for 20 more minutes.

    Add soup, water and seasoning.

    Combine tomato sauce and cottage cheese together in separate bowl.
