- 2 onions, diced
- 4 stalks celery, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 (19 oz.) can Vegeburger
- 1 c. cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 tsp. beef-style seasoning
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 pt. (2 c.) cottage cheese
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Directions

1Saute onions, celery, bell peppers and garlic until soft.

2Add Vegeburger and continue sauteing for 20 more minutes.

3Add soup, water and seasoning.

4Combine tomato sauce and cottage cheese together in separate bowl.
