  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 2 cup shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup ahredded cooked ham
  • 1 can chopped spinach drained
  • 1 8g maggi magic sarap
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 400g ribbon lasagna cooked al dente
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 250ml. nesle all purpose cream
  • 1 250ml nesle fresh milk
  • 2 maggi chicken broth cubes
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup parmessan cheese

Directions

    heat butter saute garlic and onions until limp.add chicken and ham and cooked for 2 mins.

    stor in spinach and season with maggi magic sarap.pour in water and bring to a boil.add parmessan cheese and egg.mix thoroughly then transfer to another container to cool.set aside

    to prepare cheese sauce: heat butter and flour until combined.

    slowly pour in nesle all purpose cream stirring constantly.

    add nesle fresh milk and continue stirring until thick.

    add maggi chicken broth cubes and parmessan cheese and stir until cheese has melted.

    to assemble: scoop 1tbps.

    of the prepared filling into a lasagna ribbon and roll to seal.

    arranged rolls on a square baking dish and top with prepared cheese sauce baked in a 350f oven for 35 mins or until cheese is bubbly.
