  • 1 1/4 quart All Purpose Flour
  • 2 gallon Whole Milk
  • 3 quart Mixed Cheese
  • 2 oz Minced Garlic
  • 2 oz Kosher Salt
  • 2 oz White Pepper

    Melt butter.

    Slowly add flour to form blonde roux.

    Slowly add milk.

    Whisk vigorously to avoid clumping.

    Add seasonings and simmer for 10 minutes.
