  • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Brown 'N Serve sausage links, thawed
  • 1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
  • 1 (8 3/4 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
